It’s challenging to face the loss of a loved one. Several years ago, my family’s life hit crushing lows when our housekeeper was killed causing sorrow. As strong as Evelyn’s desire to mend bonds with Joy, it’s a riveting reminder of a genre making great movies about challenges that destroy dysfunctional families which I will forever treasure for inspiring my lifelong passion for filmmaking that I enjoy.
