Whether it’s comical stoners, technology innovators or reckless police-officers, Rogen has portrayed several strong characters. Given the sheer number of movies he has made, making a top 10 list isn’t easy. Nevertheless, listed below are my favourite films made by an actor that deserves to be celebrated.

1. Steve Jobs

Steve Jobs is a legendary entrepreneur that my mother always loved dearly. I remember forming strong bonds with a mother that was a huge fan of a great entrepreneur that designed technology that changed the world forever. A huge fan of Apple, she would always praise a great entrepreneur that she considered to be inspirational. Obsessed with the iPhone, she would love to discuss a well-known businessman that stood in a league of his own.  My mother often believed that movies were an art that couldn’t honour an entrepreneur holding a precious place in her heart. In 2015, Seth Rogen honoured the iconic entrepreneur doing his jobs effectively in his movie “Steve Jobs”. In the greatest role of his career, Rogen portrayed a technology innovator that assisted Steve Jobs prepare inventions causing despair. This is the actor unlike you have ever seen him before: intense, charismatic and serious in his most memorable role. Rogen has spent most of his career playing goofy characters in raunchy comedies. With “Steve Jobs”, however, the actor took a step out of his comfort zone by playing a technology innovator that’s well-known. For instance, the scene in which Steve Wozniak has a tense argument with Steve Jobs over failing to admire the Apple team causing despair is one of the finest moments of the actor’s career. Ultimately, what makes “Steve Jobs” Seth Rogen’s best movie is its bold appeal. Viewers don’t need to be fans of Apple to appreciate it. It delivers a bold message about the cost of friendships in business which would resonate with everyone. A bold tribute to a great entrepreneur creating a lasting legacy doing his jobs effectively, it’s a riveting reminder about a great actor that has made iconic movies which are treasured in the film industry.
